Chase was pretty excited for his birthday this year. He's old enough to understand it more and knew all about getting presents and cake. It was so fun to celebrate with him and see him so excited.

His day began with the family tradition of breakfast in bed...

When David came home from work we gave Chase a work bench...

He didn't want to stop working even for a quick picture.

Then we headed over to Wacky Tacky to play. I still don't know why I didn't take any pictures there. It's a place with a lot of tunnels and slides, along with a really cool ball shooting gun area (if that makes any sense). He had a great time playing there with his cousin Kate and buddy Gavin.

Chase picked In-n-Out for dinner. There is never a complaint about eating when it's a cheese burger ketchup only.

Then it was time for cake and ice cream! Chase said he wanted a skateboard cake and wanted it to be blue (until it actually was blue, then he changed his mind... sorry, it was too late!) .

Then he opened presents! Here's a picture of him and his new nail gun.
